Hyundai High Speed Horizonal Machining Centers
Hyundai's HS Series-High Speed, High Performance Horizontal Machining Centers have been designed to offer increased capabilities at a great value.
Major enhancements include the integral stepped bed design to increase Z axis thrust and improve cutting stability.
Standard features include Automatic Pallet Changer, 15,000 RPM Direct Drive Built-In Spindle, Full 4th Axis (B), Ballscrew Cooling System, and 1,000 PSI Through Tool Coolant.
High Speed Rapid rates of over 2,300 Inches Per minute with pallet sizes from 400mm to 800mm.
Hyundai Heavy Duty Horizontals
Hyundai's Heavy Duty KH series heavy duty horizontals utilize a massive casting and ultra rigid box way design to deliver the largest work area in their class. The shuttle style pallets provide maximum load capacity and range from 500mm to 1000mm.
The KH Series Horizontals are equipped with 50 Taper 2 Step Gear Driven Spindles, with RPM from 4,500 to 8,00and High Torque of 1,106 ft.lb. Optional Pallet Pool Automation available.
