To all our dear customers and friends in Western Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut,

It is with deep regret and great sadness that I must report the passing of Robert Tucker unexpectedly on March 8, 2011, as a result of a massive stroke. Bob was an exceptional employee, an outstanding senior sales engineer and most of all a devoted dad and husband to his wife Paula and his two young children. Bob's dedication to the success of his customers and the achievement of his and our goals was unsurpassed.
