(For MasterCAM User of Mill Level 2 & 3)
These materials cover 2D and 3D Geometry Creation, Drilling,
Tapping, Contouring and Pocketing. They also contain information
on 3D Surface Machining Toolpaths for Roughing and Finishing
and deal with Pockets, Parallel, Contour, Radial, Plunge, Flowline,
Scallop, and Leftover. They describe Stock Setup and Tool Parameters.
Each tutorial walks you right through from Geometry Creation
to Toolpath instructions, Verification and G-Code generation.
Also includes the Design features as described in the Design
Tutorial outline.
The Inlcuded Tutorial CD was created to introduce new users
to Mastercam; the CD covers Tutorial 1 through 6 of the accompanying

(For MasterCAM User of Mill Entry & Level 1)
This training material contains approximately 270 pages of concise
instructions and sample projects. There are three Mill tutorials
that cover 2D Geometry, Contour Cutting, Drilling, and Pocketing.
They guide the student through various Mastercam features such
as Tool Parameters, the Operations Manager, Job Setup, Chaining,
and more.
The Beginner Training Tutorial also contains two tutorials on
Lathe Training and two on Wire Training. Both of these areas
cover introductory level projects that will give the reader a
quick understanding of some of the basic Mastercam features.

This 277 page book consists of seven step by step projects for
all levels of Mastercam Lathe Version 9. It includes notes on
Lathe Tool Libraries and instructions on Job Setup. The Tutorials
start with 2D Geometry Creation for Lathe projects, and delve
into Mastercam Lathe features such as Face, Rough, Finish, Drilling,
Inside Boring, Grooving, Cutoff and Threads. They also cover
Canned Cycles for Rough and Finish.

Approximately 160 pages of concise, step by step instructions
on creating 3D Wireframe and Solid Geometry.
This material discusses Mastercam features such as Extrude, Revolve,
Sweep, and Boolean Remove & Add. You will create Solid Geometry
from Surfaces, and you will be introduced to Loft Commands, Shell,
Chamfer and Fillet features.
