HMC comes with built-in 4th axes index/rotary table, reduces setup # for parts that require multiple tool access angles. built-in Auto Pallet Changer eliminates down time for part loading/unloading. Chips fall away from the work pieces, minimize the need for operator intervention. Stand-alone or integrated with Pallet Cell FMS System, HMCs are ideal for setup reduction or unmanned "lights-out" production.

40 Taper HMC

40 Taper is most popular among Horizontal Machine Centers. Standard features include: 12,000RPM, 60ATC, twin table pallet, 4th axis and Coolant Through Spindle.
50 Taper HMC
50 Taper HMCs are bigger in size, heavier built, the larger taper provides farther tool extension.
More powerful spindle enables low range heavy cutting for tough-to-machine materials.
Horizontal Boring Mill
Similar to HMC, HBM has even larger travel & table to accommodate big and heavy parts. Other than Z axes, HBM also comes with boring axes W for extra spindle extension.
